25 years experience US Soccer A
As a high school, college, and club coach Shearer has 14 state, regional, and national championships. He has been named conference or state coach of the year six times and 12 of his players have gone on to play professionally. As a player he was named a collegiate All-American and played in the USISL Pro League for three years.
